SIPS 2027 will bring together researchers, clinicians, and trainees from around the world to explore the mechanisms and real-world applications of placebo and nocebo effects. The conference will showcase cutting-edge work on expectations, learning, neuroscience, social and cultural influences, and clinical translation across medicine, psychology, and allied health. The program will feature keynote lectures, topical sessions, symposia, flash talks, and poster sessions, alongside dedicated events for early-career researchers and practitioners.
